What Do You Want To Know?

When you’re looking for a property online
and you can ask the agent a question or send it to them directly, do not shoot them an email that says, “Tell me more about this property, please!”

What exactly do you wanna know more about the property?

In my mind, what I think is, did you actually read all the descriptions, looked at all the maps, look at all the photos and videos, and if you did, what specific questions might you have because a lot of them are answered in the listing.

Typically, whenever I get that email or I get somebody reach out to me through one of the apps, I will send them some of the property detail information that we have on the back end
that goes to people who are looking at the property.

But I will also ask them to read this over
and let me know if you have any specific questions,

I would be happy to help you in any way.

Because we have about 20 of these
that come our way with each listing
